Tea is a very healthy drink. Tea has been present for years and many people have enjoyed its benefits.The Ancient Chinese have relied on Green Tea to help them maintain weight, which are fattening when taken in excess. Long and healthy lives are often credited to tea. Nowadays, people drink tea for the same reason as our ancestors. It has been believed that drinking tea can help keep our bodies healthy. In fact it has numerous benefits. To maintain a healthy body weight people drink tea, drinking tea can help improve digestions, other still drink tea in order to have more energy and lastly some people drink tea in order for them to be able to relax and sleep soundly at night. When we speak of tea we immediately think of those tiny teabags we soak in hot water, however, there is a different kind of tea and that is the loose leaf tea.



The loose leaf tea is the opposite of the teabag tea. The loose leaf tea is used as is and is not placed in any container. Loose leaf tea are soaked in water as is, unlike those teabags wherein the leaves are crushed. Since the leaves are intact loose leaf tea has more flavor and taste.
